OUR MISSION

We are a nonprofit organization helping youth in Chicago who are first-generation, low-income, and underprivileged students in their college journey.

Our mission is to provide personalized guidance and support to help students achieve their academic and personal goals. We believe that every student has the potential to succeed with the right mentorship and resources.

Three-Year Personalized and Comprehensive Mentorship Program

Our Goals:

Meet Arshia, the recipient of our 2025 Community Scholarship selected for her dedication, passion, and strong sense of purpose. Arshia participated as a mentee in our 2024-2025 Senior Mentorship Program at Nicholas Senn High School. Today, Arshia continues to pursue her “passions for science and service” at Loyola University Chicago.

What are mentees saying about their experience?

My mentors always reached out and made
sure to keep me on top of my applications.

These mentors are persistent in
doing their job to help students properly, and they engage with us positively. They are always
open for more questions and
willing to help in difficult situations
as well.

I felt supported when I thought
I was behind or lost and my
mentor told me it's okay.

A moment I'll never forget was when my Loyola mentors made me feel that my voice truly mattered. On a day when I doubted myself, they supported me, listened to me, and encouraged me to trust my ideas...

I felt really inspired when one
of the mentors helped me
with my personal statement with positive engagement and fair critique.

They provided good hospitality and service for students who are struggling with [their] college application, decision-making, and personal essays. It was really great to have them as a high school student who doesn't have any idea about the step-by-step, and countless opportunities in college.
